As Senior UX/Service Designer, you will be part of our local Tokyo team working primarily with a large automotive client, across more than one project. The focus will be on service design as well as coaching a team to maintain an agile and user centric design process.

The ideal candidate be somewhat bilingual in Japanese and English, as we use both languages in our work. However, the relative skills between Japanese/English is flexible.

Expect to work with a smart and caring cross-discipline team, delivering at speed that sees the client very much integrated within this team composition.
