Agile PM/Coach: Build (contract)
We’re a small and supportive community of Delivery Coaches looking for a passionate, experienced and delivery-focused Agile PM/Coach with a solid understanding of Agile principles, and enjoys applying them outside software delivery. The role is for 3-6 months.
As part of our Coach Team your role will be varied. Your team will look for your Agile PM skills (facilitating ceremonies, making sure the team is on track, supporting client discussions, support in the facilitation of workshops). You'll need to be skilled at creating great team dynamics, and helping individuals grow. You will also use your project management skills to handle team logistics, track and report project budgets, manage risks, manage senior stakeholder's expectations, and generally keep things moving along smoothly. Lastly, ideally you’ll have agency-side experience.

This contract is for approximately 3-6 months.
You are able to travel - This role will require travel to the US (once every 4-6 weeks)
Agile Principles/Mindset - you are effective at coaching people at all levels of an organisation (from hands-on doers to senior leadership) on applying Agile principles and mindset.
Project Management / Administration - You are comfortable handling project management tasks such as tracking budget burn, progress burn charts, progress reporting, risk management, calendar administration, resourcing, room bookings, signing timesheets,, etc.
Group Facilitation - You comfortable leading, as well as supporting others, to plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops
Stakeholder Relationships - You’re able to cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with clients and external stakeholders, encourage engagement and alignment of expectations, and empathise with the challenges they are facing.
Conflict Resolution - You are skilled at supporting the inevitable conflicts that arise from time to time in teams.
Team Dynamics - You understand the characteristics of high performing teams and have a variety of tools available to you to help drive/guide a team towards greater dynamics, collaboration and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement - You’re continuously looking for ways to improve team effectiveness, through group and individual coaching.
Encouraging Growth - You recognise that it’s often the unsaid that holds us back, so you champion a culture of encouraging constructive feedback – both by providing individual feedback and coaching to team members and requesting it for your own development.
Commercial Acumen - You have a strong understanding of the commercial aspect of building a product and feel comfortable managing budgets and optimising return on investment, as well as working with the commercial team to develop contracts, budgets and Scope of Work documents.
Positive and Upbeat - You bring a positive and enthusiastic spirit to everything you do. And you are good at infecting your teams with good vibes.
