Agile PM/Coach (6 month contract)

London, England, United Kingdom

Description

We’re a small and supportive community of Delivery Coaches looking for a passionate, experienced and delivery-focused Agile PM/Coach with a solid understanding of Agile principles, and enjoys applying them outside software delivery. The role is for 6+ months.

As part of our Coach Team your role will be varied. You'll be responsible for supporting two small teams for one client. One team will look for your Agile PM skills (facilitating ceremonies, making sure the team is on track, supporting client discussions, support in the facilitation of workshops). The other team is undergoing a ways of working transformation (based on Agile principles) that you would be leading. Both teams are working with the same client. You'll need to be skilled at creating great team dynamics, and help individuals grow both personally and professionally. You will also use your project management skills to handle team logistics, track and report project budgets, manage risks, manage senior stakeholder's expectations, and generally keep things moving along smoothly. Lastly, ideally you’ll have agency-side experience.

So, if you’re comfortable supporting teams of 3-7 people, are good at applying Agile principles to non-software environments, delight in building cohesive well-functioning teams and want to be part of a collaborative and dynamic culture that puts people in the centre, then this is probably the gig for you.

We are an equal opportunity employer and very much value diversity and inclusion. We believe diverse teams help us make better products and we actively hire for cultural growth. We seek people of all ages, stories and backgrounds.
